Seared Scallops with Mango Salsa




Mango Salsa:
½ mango, diced
1 scallion, diced on an angle
parsley
1/2 jalapeno, diced
1/2 garlic clove, grated
2TB lime juice
olive oil
salt, pepper

Optional:
red, green and or yellow bell pepper, sliced
black beans

Mix all ingredients.
